Research on Cleaning and Installation Technology of Super-Long and Large-Diameter Heating Pipelines
It is of great significance to make full use of the heating advantages of cogeneration and develop long-distance high-temperature water and heat transmission network according to local conditions.Relying on a heating pipeline network project,aiming at the problem of heating pipeline cleaning,a cleaning device and self-propelled robot have been developed to address the difficulty of cleaning heating pipelines,realizing the automatic and effi-cient cleaning of the pipeline;Aiming at the difficulties of low manual adjustment efficiency,high difficulty,large quantities and high operation cost in the erection of heat supply pipeline,a mobile robot for the erection of heat supply pipeline is developed,achieving the goal of simplifying the operation process of pipeline erection and im-proving the operation efficiency and erection accuracy.
