In order to achieve effective integration between university libraries and WeChat public platforms and meet the growing information needs of users,this article uses methods such as literature research and case analysis to deeply analyze the limitations of traditional service models in university libraries,and proposes a series of service in-novation strategies based on WeChat public platforms.Research has shown that WeChat public platform can effec-tively improve the information push efficiency of university libraries,enhance user interaction experience,broaden service scope,and significantly improve user satisfaction.Therefore,WeChat public platform is an important way for university libraries to achieve service innovation,and it is of great significance for promoting the informationiza-tion and intelligence development of university libraries.
