Research Status and Trend Analysis of Private Undergraduate Teacher Team from the Perspective of Knowledge Graph
To comprehensively understand the development trend of the teaching staff in private undergraduate or independent colleges in China since their establishment,based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure da-tabase platform,academic journal articles from 2003 to 2024 were selected as research objects and analyzed using CiteSpace visual literature analysis software.The current research field has not yet formed a clear core author group,and there is insufficient cooperation between institutions,mainly focusing on the research of private undergraduate faculty construction and teaching reform.Keyword emergence analysis reveals the latest development trends in teacher team management and construction,teacher incentive mechanisms,and the development of teachers'teach-ing and research abilities in the new era.Aiming at the current unreasonable structure of teachers in private universi-ties,improvement measures have been proposed to promote the high-quality development of the teaching staff in private undergraduate colleges and lay the foundation for the sustainable development of private higher education.
