摘要
目的：评价目前空军驻京部队干部2型糖尿病患者血糖、血压、血脂综合控制现状。方法选择已确诊为2型糖尿病486例作为调查对象，参照2010年《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》推荐标准，评价其血糖、血压、血脂的控制水平。结果糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）控制理想、良好、差率分别为52.7%、12.5%、34.8%，血压（BP）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）控制理想率分别为53.8%、32.5%。结论空军驻京部队干部2型糖尿病控制水平优于或不低于国内、国外及北京市城区糖尿病控制水平。提示空军分层保障医疗体系对2型糖尿病控制有明显优势，但在对个性化管理方面等仍需进一步加强。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the current blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipid control of the Beijing Air Force garrison troops cadres with type 2 diabetes. Methods Randomly selected 486 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes as the objects of the investigation. With reference to the Chinese Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guide in 2010, we evaluated the level of control of their blood sugar, blood pressure and blood lipids. Results The ratio of glycated hemoglobin ideal control, good control and poor control were 52.7%,12.5% and 34.8% respectively. The ratio of ideal control of blood pressure and low-density lipoprotein were 53.8% and 32.5%. Conclusions The diabetic control level of the Air Force garrison troops cadres is better than or not worse than the overall domestic level, foreign level and diabetes control level in Beijing. It prompts that the Air Force layered security health system shows an obvious advantage on the control of type 2 diabetes, but we need to strengthen the individual management for patients.
