ObjectiveTo make suggestions for pilots' enlistment by comparing different medical standards in gallbladder between PLAAF and USAF.MethodsData of pilots' final selection from 2012 to 2015 were analyzed, and results of gallbladder examination were compared according to different medical enlistment standards.Results110 disqualifications according to item of gallbladder, 119 applicants were qualified after comprehensive assessment of gallbladder. The main items of physical examination in gallbladder that effect results of pilots' selection aregallbladder polyp (103) and cholecystolithiasis (7).ConclusionMedical enlistment standards in gallbladder were different between PLAAF and USAF, comprehensive assessment served well in reserving qualified candidates.
