Research on Tourism Supplier Selection Based on Online Comments in Social Networks
The online tourism platforms have a large scale of comments and a vast amount of information.How to provide the best travel supplier for tourists based on the comments of others,so as to obtain satisfactory service experience is an urgent problem to be solved.From the perspective of social network,a tourism supplier selection method based on online comments and probabilistic language is proposed.Firstly,the data of tourists'comments on the tourism platform were collected,and the TF-IDF method was used to extract keywords related to the comments of each supplier,form the theme through screening and sorting,and calculate their weights.Secondly,the sentiment value of each comment is analyzed and converted into the form of probabilistic linguistic term sets.Finally,the social network of tourists group is constructed,the opinions of tourist groups and online comments are combined,and the PROMETHEE-Ⅱ method is used to prioritize the tourism suppliers.The experimental results show that the recommendation results of the proposed method are basically consistent with the data of the tourism platform,but it can make a comparison of advantages and disadvantages among suppliers with similar ratings,accurately and effectively provide the best supplier,and it is simple and reliable.
