Incentive Policies under Three-layer Supply and Innovation Performance of Knowledge Employees in State-owned Enterprises:Based on a Survey of 1596 Questionnaires in Anhui Province
Exploring the effect of incentive policy supply on the innovation performance of state-owned knowledge employees,as well as the differences in supply hierarchy and incentive content,is of great significance for improving the innovation capacity of state-owned enterprises and promoting high-quality development of the Chinese economy.After theoretical analysis of the impact mechanism of different levels of incentive policies and different incentive contents on the innovation performance of knowledge employees in state-owned enterprises,an empirical analysis was conducted based on 1596 samples from Anhui Province.Research has found that incentive policies have a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of knowledge employees in state-owned enterprises,but the effects of incentive policies at different levels vary,with the local government policies being the most significant.There are differences in the effects of different incentive contents on the innovation performance of knowledge workers at different levels.The positive effects of salary and welfare incentives and career incentives at the enterprise level are the most obvious,honor incentives at the local government level are the most obvious,and environmental incentives and intellectual property protection at the central government level are the most obvious.
