Determination of Drug Resistance of Frankliniella occidentalis of Chrysanthemum Pest to Common Insecticides in Kunming Area
To investigate the resistance and toxicity of the field population of F.occidentalisto Imidacloprid,Thiamethoxam, acetamiprid,Abamectin,Deltamethrin and Cypermethrin in Kunming area, the aim of this paper is to provide a theoretical reference for effective control and resistance development of F.occidentalis during chrysanthemum planting. The toxicity and drug resistance of F.occidentalis population in the field of chrysanthemum in Kunming area were detected by leaf dipping method. The results showed that there were some differences in the toxicity of various agents to F.occidentalis, among which abamectin and deltamethrin had better toxicity.Compared with the sensitive population, the resistance ratio of the field population to 50%acetamiprid water dispersed granule and 70%thiamethoxam dispersed powder reached 18.08 times and 37.12 times, respectively, which was in the medium resistance level. The resistance ratios to 70%imidacloprid water dispersible granule,25 g/L deltamethrin emulsifiable concentrate and 100 g/L cypermethrin emulsifiable concentrate were 6.73,7.17 and 8.75 times, respectively, indicating low resistance,However, the sensitivity level of 5%abamectin microemulsion was still present. In Kunming area, the F.occidentalis have developed moderate resistance to acetamiprid and thiamethoxam, and low resistance to imidacloprid, deltamethrin and cypermethrin. The use of these agents should be limited and reduced. At the same time, abamectin is still sensitive to F.occidentalis, and can still be used as a recommended agent for control of F.occidentalis, and it is recommended to combine or mix with other agents of action mechanism to slow down the development of resistance.
