摘要
在我国现代社会不断发展的新形势下,以就业创业为导向的高职院校人才培养体系建设不仅会对人才培养质量产生一定的影响,还会影响现代化社会对人才的认可度以及学生就业率.为提高学生就业率,对新形势下就业创业为导向的高职教育人才培养体系构建与实现路径进行研究,进一步提高学生培养质量,提升就业率,积极探索高职教育人才培养体系构建与实现的方式方法,旨在为实际工作提供有效参考.
Abstract
Under the new circumstances of our country's modern society,the construction of a talents training system in higher vocational colleges,which is oriented toward employment and entrepreneurship,will not only have a certain influence on the quality of talent training,but also affect the modern society's recognition of talent and the employment rate of students.To improve the employment of students,this paper studies the construction and realization of the talent training system of higher vocational education under the new circumstance.To further improve the quality of student training and provide effective ref-erence for practical work,we should promote the employment and explore ways to construct and realize the talent training system of higher vocational education.
