Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching in Data Visualization Course
To address the difficulties in the talent cultivation of the specialty of big data technology and the relevant specialties in higher vocational education,we propose a project-oriented teaching mode of ideolog-ical and political education based on the course content and course objectives of the data visualization course.With the guidance of talent cultivation program and the analysis of learning situation as the starting point,we explore the elements of curriculum-based ideological and political education in terms of the ob-jectives,professional content and curriculum characteristics,and then describe the overall design of cur-riculum-based ideological and political education.Additionally,we explain how the four teaching methods used contribute to the achievement of the training target of curriculum-based ideological and political edu-cation.Finally,one of the chapters in the course is used as case study to introduce the process of teaching practice and summarize the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in the course.Practice has proved that the integration of ideological and political elements into professional courses has the effect of being"easy to understand","hands-on","interaction motivating"and"critical thinking promoting".
