摘要
党建带团建工作是企业党建工作的重要组成部分,也是促进团的建设的一项重点工作.从国有企业党建带团建研究现状和工作现状入手,提出了国有企业全景式党建带团建工作体系(OCAMME),从党建带团建的对象、内容、目标、方法、机制、评价6 个方面构建了"点线面结合、纵横竖推进"的全方位、立体式工作体系,明确了工作主线、工作内容、工作保障、工作评价的具体要求和工作方法,该体系具有较强的系统性、科学性和实效性,可供其他企业借鉴推广.
Abstract
The Communist Party Building Leading the Communist Youth League Building is an important part of enterprise party building work and also a key task in promoting the construction of the Communist Youth League.This article starts with the analysis of the current research and work status of the Party building and Youth League building in state-owned enterprises,and proposes a panoramic Party building and Youth League building work system(OCAMME)for state-owned enterprises.The system is a three-di-mensional working system addressing key elements including the object,content,objectives,methods,mechanism,and evaluations of the Party building and Youth League building.It clarifies the main focus,content,and guarantees of the work,as well as specific requirements and working methods of job evalua-tion,featured by systematicity,scientificalness,and effectiveness.This system can serve as a reference and pormoted by other enterprises.
