Design of an Integrated Operational Amplifier Automatic Testing Teaching Assistance Platform Based on Virtual Instrumentation
To reduce the impact of equipment failure on the efficiency of analog electronic technology ex-perimental teaching,an integrated operational amplifier automatic testing teaching assistance platform was designed based on virtual instrument technology.Software and hardware platforms were developed based on virtual instrument technology,utilizing the integrated virtual instrument experimental platform NI EL-VIS II for data transmission.A test circuit board was designed,and instrument panels and platform soft-ware were created using LabVIEW software.The platform was tested using the integrated operational am-plifier μA714 chip,and its effectiveness was verified in the actual teaching of analog electronic technolo-gy.The test and actual usage results showed that the platform can accurately detect faulty chips with an accuracy rate exceeding 95%.Compared to when the platform was not used,the accuracy rate of experi-ments conducted by teachers and students using the platform increased by more than 20%,and the time consumption decreased by more than 20%.
