基于新时代职业院校数控机床的维护与保养

摘要
近年来我国对职业教育和普高人才培养的均衡发展越来越重视.为实现职业教育技能人才与企业技能紧缺人才的需求有效衔接,职业院校办学条件、办学设备随着市场所需跨入智能化、先进化时代.为适应我国制造行业的快速健康发展,许多职业院校的数控专业、机电专业的教学设备已接轨市场改革,引进较先进的数控机床设备,但在使用中要注意延长设备的日常使用寿命,有效地使设备运行安全可靠和保持设备的加工精度.探究职业院校数控机床的维护与保养对设备性能的重要作用,并对操作人员提出了要求,进一步树立对机床设备的维护意识.
Abstract
In recent years,China has increasingly emphasized the balanced development of vocational education and the training of general high school talents.To effectively align the needs of vocational education's skilled personnel with the shortage of skilled talents in enterprises,the conditions and equip-ment of vocational colleges have evolved into the era of intelligence and advancement driven by market demands.To accommodate the rapid and healthy development of China's manufacturing industry,many vocational colleges have aligned their CNC and electromechanical teaching equipment with market reforms and introduced more advanced CNC machine tools.However,extending the daily service life of this e-quipment,ensuring its safe and reliable operation,and maintaining machining accuracy have become crucial issues.This study delves into the significant role of maintaining and upkeeping CNC machine tools in vocational colleges on equipment performance and sets forth requirements for operators to enhance their awareness of equipment maintenance.
