测绘类应用型高校与地方协同育人机制研究——以山东交通学院测绘工程专业为例

摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,测绘工程专业在国家建设中发挥着日益重要的作用.面对测绘行业的迅速发展和不断升级的需求,高校与地方的协同育人机制显得尤为重要.以山东交通学院测绘工程专业为例,从学院与地方合作机制建立、优化课程、建立行业导师制度,制定评估与调整机制等方面研究探讨了高校与地方协同育人机制.建立协同育人机制,提升了学生实践和创新能力,让学生在以后工作中能够快速融入地方工作环境,为地方政府和企事业单位提供合格专业人才作出应有的贡献.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the social economy,surveying and mapping engineering plays an important role in national construction.Faced with the rapid development and constantly upgrading needs of the surveying and mapping industry,the collaborative education mechanism between universities and local governments is particularly important.This article takes the Surveying and Mapping Engineering major of Shandong Jiaotong University as an example to explore the collaborative education mechanism be-tween universities and local areas,including the establishment of a cooperation mechanism between the u-niversities and local authorities,optimization of courses,improvement of practical teaching quality,student participation in local projects and internships,establishment of an industry mentor system,and the development of evaluation and adjustment mechanisms based on actual situations.Through establis-hing a collaborative education mechanism,students'practical and innovative abilities have been en-hanced,enabling them to get adjusted to the local work environment in their future career,and make due contributions to be qualified professional talents for local governments and enterprises.
