摘要
"岗课证赛"融通是将企业岗位能力要求、课程内容、技能竞赛和职业技能等级标准有机融合的一种注重实践和实用的教学培养模式.课程团队通过拆解竞赛项目,融入岗位能力要求,结合职业技能标准改革课程内容,进行项目化教学.最终以班级为试点,通过改革后的课程考核评价、学生和企业的满意度调查、学生竞赛获奖和技能等级证书获得情况来评估教学改革效果.结果表明,课程的改革与实践符合当前社会与产业的发展趋势,对于培养高技能人才起到了重要的促进作用,提升了学生的实际操作能力,也加强了学生职业素养的培养,学生在理论知识和实践技能上都能得到全面发展,更加适应未来的工作岗位需求.
Abstract
The integration of"Post Course Competition Certificate"is a practical and application-focused teaching and training model that organically combines enterprise post competency requirements,course content,skill competitions,and vocational skill grade standards.The course team disassembles the com-petition items,integrates the post competency requirements,and reforms the course content based on vo-cational skill standards to carry out project-based teaching.Ultimately,using the class as a pilot,the ef-fectiveness of teaching reform is assessed through the evaluation of the reformed course,satisfaction sur-veys from students and enterprises,student competition awards,and the acquisition of skill level certifi-cates.The results indicate that the curriculum reform and practice align with the current social and indus-trial development trends,significantly promote the cultivation of high-skilled talents,enhance students'practical abilities,and strengthen the development of students'professional qualities.This comprehensive development in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills better equips students to meet future job re-quirements.
