以昆明冶金高等专科学校软件专业为例,探索"1+X"证书制度融入高职院校人才培养方案的具体实现路径.对照职业技能等级标准优化人才培养方案,对人才培养方案进行修订进而更加符合实际职业发展要求.按照"1+X"Web前端开发职业技能等级证书标准,对标证书中的职业技能要求优化课程设置,实现证书标准与专业教学标准融通,提升师资水平与创新教学模式并举,校企共建现代学徒制,以比赛促职业技能提升,学分互换多元评价学生,实现"1+X"证书制度融入高职院校人才培养方案.
This study takes the Software major of Kunming Metallurgy College as an example to explore the specific implementation path of integrating the"1+X"certificate system into the talent training pro-gram of vocational colleges.The aim is to optimize talent training programs based on vocational skill level standards and revise these programs to better meet practical career development requirements.According to the vocational skill level certificate standard of"1+X"Web front-end development,the curriculum setting in the talent training program is optimized.The new curriculum standard is revised to achieve con-sistency between the certificate standard and the curriculum teaching standard.The professional skill lev-el and teaching level of the entire team of teachers are continuously improved,and the teaching mode is innovated.By leveraging the advantages of schools and enterprises,and deepening the cooperation be-tween schools and enterprises to jointly build a modern apprenticeship system,students'skills are promo-ted through participation in vocational skills competitions.The integration of the"1+X"certificate sys-tem into the talent training program of higher vocational colleges is achieved through the establishment of a credit exchange mechanism and multiple evaluation mechanisms for students.
