Research on Talents Training of New Business in Higher Vocational Colleges in Western Minority Areas Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Based on an in-depth interpretation of the rural revitalization strategic policies,this paper has re-viewed and analyzed relevant research literature on new business talents.It has outlined the basic context of new business discipline research and proposed the value-based positioning of higher vocational colleges in western ethnic minority areas under the background of rural revitalization:economic service,technological support,cultural cultivation and talent support.At the same time,this paper summarizes the training charac-teristics of new business talents in higher vocational colleges in western ethnic minority areas under the back-ground of rural revitalization.Building upon this,it puts forward the training path for new business talents in higher vocational colleges in western ethnic areas under the background of rural revitalization.
