Training and Assessment of"Double-Qualified"Teachers in County-Level Vocational Education
"Double-qualified"teachers play a crucial role in vocational and technical education,and it is essential for all sectors of society to pay more attention to the development of county-level vocational and technical education.In the student-centered skills teaching process,"double-qualified"teachers signifi-cantly optimize the professional curriculum system and promote reforms in technical skills teaching.Their expertise in professional knowledge,theoretical concepts,practical skills,etc.,are uniquely advanta-geous in cultivating technical and skilled talents.This study focuses on the"double-qualified"teachers in vocational and technical schools in five counties of Q City.Based on investigations and comparisons,it analyzes the cultivation,management,assessment,and supervision of"double-qualified"teachers in county-level vocational and technical education from the perspectives of building the teacher team,man-agement system,assessment methods,and utilization mechanisms.The aim is to establish a high-quality team of"double-qualified"educators that aligns with comprehensive developments of schools,constructs a modern vocational education system and talent cultivation model,and better serves the economic develop-ment of the county.
