As a provincial-level college included in the""High-Level Higher Vocational College Project",W College has received approval for its"Dance Performance Specialty"was approved as one a provincial level-A disciplines.In 2022,the innovative teaching force for dance performance faculty was recognized as one of the first batch of innovative teaching forces of vocational education in Yunnan Province.The teaching force is well-qualified and has consistently focused on moral education as the core of its mission.Utilizing collaborative community building as a platform,aligning with industry standards through a rele-vant curriculum system,and adopting modular teaching methods,the team has demonstrated effective out-comes in moral education,enhanced faculty development,established a solid collaborative community,deepened the integration of industry and education,and developed a mature,high-quality curriculum sys-tem to support""High-Level Higher Vocational College Project".The development of the teaching force has achieved significant progress,and this paper summarizes the practical explorations of team develop-ment,distilling replicable,referenceable,and promotable experiences for others.
