Curative Effect of Multimode Combined Treatment of Ultrapulsed CO2 Laser on Facial Atrophic Acne Scars
Objective To observe the safety and effectivity of the multimode combined treatment of domestic ultrapulsed CO2 laser on infacial atrophic acne scars.Methods Eighty patients with facial atrophic acne scars were randomly divided into Simple lattice model therapy group and multimode combinedultrapulsed CO2 laser group.The therapeutic effects and complication were observed and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in multimode combinedultrapulsed CO2 lasertherapy group was 95％,the total effective rate in Simple lattice model therapy group was 70％.There was a significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).No permanent hyperpigmentation,depigrnentation and obvious scar were observed.Conclusions Multimode combined treatment of domestic ultrapulsed CO2 laser is effective and safe in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scars.It is better than Simple lattice model therapy.
