β-Arrestin2 Levels and Metabolic Index Changes in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Insulin Signaling Pathway Correlation Research Progress
β-arrestin2 as a scaffold protein plays a key role in insulin signaling pathway.It regulates and controls glycogen,protein and fatty acid synthesis in the process of glucose transporter,resisting lipid,inhibiting cell apoptosis,and thus causes change of metabolism index level.This article mainly expounds the relationship between β-arrestin2 and insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes patients,adipose triglyceride iipase,free fatty acid,and insulin signaling pathway,in order to provide important clues for further research of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
