摘要
甘草酸提取自甘草根,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种作用.目前关于甘草酸在骨关节炎中的作用及机制研究较少.因此,本综述总结了甘草酸的分子生物学特点、药理作用和主要作用靶点,以及对骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)中炎症和氧化应激调控作用的研究现状,探讨甘草酸在OA研究中的价值.
Abstract
Glycyrrhizin is extracted from licorice root and has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-viral and other effects.At present,there are few studies on the role and mechanism of glycyrrhizin in osteoarthritis.This review summarizes the molecular biological characteristics,pharmacological functions and main targets of glycyrrhizin,as well as the research status of its regulatory effects on inflammation and oxidative stress in osteoarthritis(OA),and discusses the value of glycyrrhizin in the research of OA.
