Ceramic veneers restoration is a common method to improve the shape,color and alignment of teeth.With the development of dental ceramic materials and restoration processing methods,dentists and patients are increasingly demanding minimally invasive/non-invasive veneers.Herein,this article first reviews the development history and application status of ceramic veneers,then introduces new materials and processing method related to ultra-thin zirconia veneers,and finally looks forward to their technical prospects and clinical results.
