Objective:To preliminarily explore the factors affecting the clinical classification of employees with bruxism in a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Urumqi.Methods:From January 2022 to April 2022,clinical examinations and questionnaire surveys were conducted on employees of a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Urumqi to determine the specific clinical classification of bruxism and analyze its influencing factors.The collected questionnaire results were input into Epidata 3.3 software and analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:A total of 195 patients with bruxism were included in this survey,including 81 patients with grinding,69 patients with clenching,and 45 patients with both grinding and clenching.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the composition of different clinical phenotypes among patients with bruxism of different personnel types and coffee intake(P<0.05).The results of multiple disordered logistic regression analysis showed that the type of personnel(OR=0.052,95%CI:0.006~0.447)and alcohol consumption(OR=0.129,95%CI:0.030~0.564)affected the clinical classification of bruxism(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personnel type and alcohol consumption mav be the influencing factors of clinical classification of bruxism.
