摘要
贴面、嵌体、高嵌体、髓腔固位冠、全冠、桩核冠等临床常见的修复形式为牙体缺损提供了修复的多样性,在先进的材料学、修复工艺学的支撑下却仍出现修复体折裂、脱落、微渗漏,预备体劈裂等临床问题,究其根源应力研究作为一把钥匙解开了很多疑惑.三维有限元分析作为一种成熟高效的生物力学研究方法,在应力研究领域深受认可追捧.本文对三维有限元法在牙体缺损固定修复中的应力研究应用进行综述,以期为临床增加修复体及天然牙的使用期限提供参考.
Abstract
Veneer,inlay,onlay,endocrown,full crown,post-and-core crown are common clinical restorative methods,which provide the prosthetic diversity of tooth defect.Though advanced prosthetic materials and technology,there are still many clinical problems like fracture,debonding and micro leakage of prosthesis,fracture of tooth,and more.Stress study,as a key has solved a lot of problems.As a mature and efficient biomechanical research method,the 3D finite element analysis method is highly recognized in the field of stress study.This paper reviewed the 3D finite element analysis method's application in fixed restoration of tooth defect,in order to provide reference to increase the service life of prosthesis and teeth.
