摘要

钛及钛合金具有良好的生物相容性,被广泛运用到医学领域中.但是骨质疏松会造成颌骨的进行性吸收,影响钛种植体骨结合效果.紫外线(Ultraviolet,UV)光功能化作为一种新型的表面处理方式,在不改变种植体表面形态的基础上改变种植体表面特性,有效提升骨结合率,能够有效提高骨质疏松患者种植成功率.本文从骨质疏松对口腔种植的影响、光功能化对钛种植体表面特性、细胞生物学行为、种植体骨结合的影响、光功能化种植体在骨质疏松模型中的应用作一综述.

Abstract

Titanium and titanium alloys have good biocompatibility and are widely used in the medical field.However,osteoporosis causes progressive absorption of the jaw bone and affects the bone integration effect.As a new surface treatment method,ultraviolet light(UV)functionalization can effectively improve the implant surface characteristics without changing the implant surface morphology,effectively improve the bone bonding rate and the implant success rate in osteoporosis patients.In this paper,the effects of osteoporosis on dental implant,photofunctionalization on the surface characteristics of implant,cell biological behavior,implant bone integration,and the application of photo functionalized implant in osteoporosis models are reviewed.
