Promoting remineralization of dentin is an important method to improve the bonding performance of resin bonding materials. There are many researches on modified resin bonding materials worldwide, all of which are committed to inducing remineralization of the mixed layer of exposed dentin collagen.Aiming at the durability of resin dentin bonding surface, this paper reviewed the research progress of resin modification strategies for remineralizing dentin. The modification strategies of the resin modified materials for dentin remineralization include:bioactive inorganic micro filler strategy, which uses inorganic materials such as silicate, calcium phosphate and bioactive glass as the source of mineralized ions to induce dentin remineralization;biomimetic remineralization strategy, that is,using biomimetic analogues to simulate the function of non collagenous proteins(NCPs),to guide mineral precursors to mineralize at specific sites to obtain ordered crystal deposits similar to biomineralization;zinc additives protect collagen and mesoporous silica as the modification strategy of mineral ion transport system.
