Objective:The research objectives are to evaluate the impact of a"Micro-Training"mixed teaching pattern based on internet information communication for clinical teaching of dentistry,and to select a teaching pattern that is more suitable for clinical teaching of dentistry in grassroots hospitals.Methods:The research subjects were 43 trainees who joined the Department of Stomatology in Wenzhou Central Hospital between July 2021 and May 2023.The participants were divided into control and observation groups based on their training pattern.The control group adopts the conventional teaching approach,and the observation group adopts a'Micro-Training'mixed teaching approach.Results:The trainees in the observation group had significantly higher scores on the theoretical examinations,operational examinations,core competence,and teaching satisfaction compared to those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The'Micro-Training'mixed teaching pattern had a positive impact on training for clinical teaching of dentistry.It improves the trainees'theory and operation level,their core competence,and their satisfaction with dental education.This is a teaching pattern suitable for dental clinics in grassroots hospitals.
