Immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone is highly complexed case,it is difficult to place the implant in the ideal three-dimensional position with free-hand operation,while the digital implant guide can significantly improve the precision of immediate implant placement.The patient's left upper central incisor was fractured due to trauma.The immediate implant placement was completed without flap surgery under the guidance of full digital implant guide,and the immediate restoration was performed using the autogenous crown.Six months after surgery,emergence profile was copied and transferred using digital indirect impression technique after emergency profile was adjusted by temporary restoration.The final restoration was completed using ASC abutment and ceramic crown.During three-month follow-up period,the patient achieved a good"pink and white"aesthetics core and good osseointegration.The case was digitally assisted to simplify the procedure of immediate implant surgery,to achieve precise implant placement and to obtain good esthetic restorative results.
