振动筛筛分效率的试验研究

Experimental study on productivity of vibration screens

借助于试验结果,分析了筛面长度、振动参数和来料粒度对筛分效率的影响。结果表明,当筛面长度和振动频率增加时,待筛物料中细粒级别颗粒的含量越多,则筛分效率越高。当振幅增大后,随筛面长度的增加筛分效率逐渐提高,大约筛面长度超过40cm时,筛分效率随振动频率的增加而减少。
Based on experimental results, influence of sieving surface length, vibrating parameters and feedings size on the productivity of the vibration screen are analyzed. The results show that while the vibration frequency and the sieving surface length increase, the sieving productivity increases with the increase in content of fine particles in feedings. As the amplitude increases, the sieving productivity gradually increases with the increase in sieving surface length; while as the sieving surface length is over 40cm, the sieving productivity decreases with the increase in vibration frequency.
