中信重工经过多年研究和大量试验,建立了滑履轴承计算模型,并依据该模型设计生产了一系列用于特大型矿用磨机的滑履轴承.该模型较好地满足了工业应用要求,成为设计滑履轴承有效快捷的工具.并以现场球磨机为例对该模型的应用进行了说明.
Calculation model of hydrostatic shoe bearing in oversize mine mill and its application
CITIC Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd.has developed a model of hydrostatic shoe bearing on the basis of abundant studies and industrial tests,as well as designed and manufactured a series of hydrostatic shoe bearings for oversize mine mills according to the model.The model met the demands of industrial application to a certain extent,and served as the rapid and effective tool of designing the hydrostatic shoe bearing.In addition,a field ball mill was taken as the example to expound the application of the model.
