大型矿用磨机分布式电气控制系统网络技术的应用研究

针对大型矿用磨机电气控制系统中,通信网络异常引起控制系统误动作、误判断等问题,提出了 3 种解决方案,并分别介绍了各方案的配置及特点,对比分析了罗克韦尔品牌控制器与 1794 远程I/O 模块搭建的矿用磨机分布式电气控制系统.结果表明,利用 Logix5000 与 FactoryTalk View 软件平台,对大型矿用磨机分布式电气控制系统实施网络状态的采集、网络中断的预警以及网络中断与控制系统之间的联锁的控制方案,更具经济性、可靠性和安全性,并得到了推广与应用.
Application research on network technology of distributed electrical control system for large mining mill
Aiming at the problems of misoperation and misjudgment of the control system caused by abnormal communication network in the electrical control system for the large mining mill,three solutions were proposed.The configurations and characteristics of each solution were introduced respectively.Then,the Rockwell brand controller and the distributed electrical control system of mining mill built by 1794 remote I/O module were compared and analyzed.The results showed that using Logix5000 and FactoryTalk View software platforms,the implementation of control scheme of network state acquisition,early warning of network interruption,and interlocking of network interruption and control system for distributed electrical control system of the large mining mill was more economical,reliable and safe,and had been promoted and applied.
