Research on coupling diffusion law of multi-source dust and dust source tracking and dust removal in fully-mechanized caving face
Taking the actual working face of a coal mine as an example,the numerical simulation analysis of the wind-dust coupling migration law of multi-source dust in fully-mechanized caving face was carried out,and the coupling diffusion law of multi-source dust in fully-mechanized caving face was revealed.Based on this law,the prevention and control measures of dust pollution were put forward,and the dust reduction effect was verified in the field.The results showed that there were large wind speed of the air flow in the floor of the intake and return airways,and the subsequent part of the air flow were squeezed into the goaf by the shearer,which reduced the wind speed in the unmoved area.When the multi process worked together,the distribution of dust mass concentration in the working face was disordered,and the overall multi-source dust were superimposed on the downwind side of the shearer to form a dust area with higher mass concentration.According to the law of dust migration,a dust reduction measure with dust source tracking and automatic spray was proposed,which could capture the flying dust while inhibiting the generation and diffusion of dust.After using this process,the dust removal rate reached 85.24%.
