基于柔模混凝土技术的沿空留巷支护装备研究

为实现沿空留巷工作面开采的安全高效,分析了国内柔模混凝土沿空留巷工艺、施工流程及装备;结合沿空留巷工艺性、支架稳定性、可靠性等关键设计指标,对沿空留巷支护设备进行了系列化研制;开发了适应不同环境的特殊端头支架、特殊挡矸支架、特殊单元支架等支护装备,实现了巷道顶板的无反复支撑;研究了单轨吊式和搬运车式单元支架搬运系统,提高了沿空留巷工作面施工安全性和运输效率;进行了沿空留巷工艺和装备的推广应用,对提升煤矿资源回收率、缓解采掘失衡具有重要意义.
Research on support equipment for gob-side entry retaining based on flexible formwork concrete technology
In order to realize the safe and efficient mining of the gob-side entry retaining working face,the technology,construction process and equipment of the domestic flexible formwork concrete gob-side entry retaining were analyzed.Then,combined with the key design indexes such as manufacturability,and support stability and reliability of the gob-side entry retaining,a series of supporting equipment for the gob-side entry retaining was developed.At the same time,supporting equipment such as special end support,special gangue retaining support and special unit support adapted to different environments were developed to realize the non-repeated support of the roadway roof.The monorail crane type and carrier type handling system for the unit support were studied to improve the construction safety and transportation efficiency of the gob-side entry retaining working face.The promotion and application of gob-side entry retaining technology and equipment was of great significance to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and alleviate the imbalance of mining.
