煤矿井下自动钻机集控技术应用研究

针对煤矿井下自动钻机单兵作战模式,提出"一站多控"方案,即一台远程交互控制站可控制多台自动钻机.采用现代数字信息处理、建模和通信技术,将同一区域的自动钻机联网,实现了钻机群的协同控制及管理.通过井下试验研究,结果表明:该方案可以较大地减少钻机操作人员数量及管理成本,降低了钻进事故率及钻机故障率,提高了钻孔作业安全性,为煤矿安全智能化开采提供新技术.
Research on application of centralized control technology of automatic drilling rig in coal mine
Aiming at the individual combat mode of the automatic drilling rig in coal mine,a scheme of"one station with multiple controls"was proposed,that was,multiple automatic drilling rigs could be controlled by a remote interactive control station.Then,by using modern digital information processing,modeling and communication technology,the automatic drilling rigs in the same area were connected to realize the collaborative control and management of the drilling rig group.Through the underground test research,the results showed that the scheme could greatly reduce the number of drilling rig operators and management costs,lower the drilling accident rate and drilling rig failure rate,improve the safety of drilling operations,and provide new technology for coal mine safety intelligent mining.
