针对露天矿山现场作业环境恶劣、人员劳动强度大、安全风险高等问题,采用复杂环境全景感知与还原、信息融合低时延通信、智能预警安全防护、智能辅助一键操作、数据驱动健康管理等关键技术,设计开发了矿用电铲智能远程操控系统,实现高清视频和控制信号在电铲本地设备层与远程操控层的实时传输,赋能矿用电铲智能化转型升级,使驾驶员可以在舒适的远程操控室进行工作,改善了露天矿山人员作业环境,降低了人员危险系数,有效提高了工作效率、安全性和舒适性.
Design and application of intelligent remote control system for mining electric shovel
In response to the problems of harsh working environment,high labor intensity,and high safety risks in the site of open-pit mine,key technologies such as panoramic perception and restoration of complex environments,low delay communication for information fusion,intelligent warning and safety protection,one key operation intelligent assistance for,and data-driven health management were used.Then,an intelligent remote control system for the mining electric shovel had been designed and developed to achieve real-time transmission of high-definition videos and control signals between the local device and the remote control of the electric shovel,empowering the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the mining electric shovel,enabling drivers to work in a comfortable remote control room,improving the working environment of open-pit mining personnel,reducing the risk factor of personnel,and effectively improving working efficiency,safety,and comfort.
