基于模糊控制的带式输送机智能调速控制系统设计

矿用带式输送机在运行过程中通常难以到达满载状态,传统控制系统的恒速运行模式易导致输送机在轻载甚至空载状态下长时间保持高速运转,使输送机能耗增高的同时减少设备的机械寿命.针对上述带式输送机控制系统中存在的不足,提出了带式输送机的智能调速控制系统.该系统基于 BP神经网络建立输送机功耗与煤流量、输送带转速间的映射模型,利用模糊控制器实现对输送机变频调速的智能节能控制,同时,通过 WinCC 组态软件,设计上位机监控界面.智能调速控制系统具备对输送机的远程变频调速控制、运行状态实时监控以及数据归档查询等功能,可有效降低输送机的运行能耗,延长设备的运行寿命.
Design of intelligent speed control system for belt conveyors based on fuzzy control
The mining belt conveyor is usually difficult to reach the full load state during operation.The constant speed operation mode of the traditional control system is easy to cause the conveyor to maintain high speed operation for a long time under light load or even without load,which increases the energy consumption of the conveyor and reduces the mechanical life of the equipment.Aiming at the above shortcomings of the control system of belt conveyors,the intelligent speed control system of the belt conveyor was proposed.Based on the BP neural network,the system established the mapping model between the power consumption of the conveyor,the coal flow rate,and the speed of the conveyor belt.The fuzzy controller was used to realize the intelligent energy-saving control of the frequency control of the conveyor.At the same time,the WinCC configuration software was used to design the monitoring interface of the host computer.The intelligent speed control system had the functions of remote frequency control,real-time monitoring of running state and data archiving and query of the conveyor,which could effectively reduce the running energy consumption of the conveyor and prolong the running life of the equipment.
