摘要
矿井提升机对提升系统的感应电动机控制精度要求较高.在感应电动机控制过程中,转速辨识的准确与否直接决定了感应电动机的控制精度.将 PSA 智能算法运用到提升机的感应电动机控制算法中,并在 Simulink 上进行了仿真试验,在电动机运行中采集了转速、电流等物理量,最后通过试验结果验证了该算法的可行性.
Abstract
Mine hoists have high requirements for the control accuracy of induction motors in the hoisting system.The accuracy of speed identification directly determines the control accuracy of induction motors in the control process.In this paper,the PSA intelligent algorithm was applied to the induction motor control algorithm of the hoist,and the simulation test was conducted on Simulink.Then,physical quantities such as speed and current were collected during the operation of the motor,and the feasibility of the algorithm was verified through the test result.
