摘要
分析了带式输送机运行过程中产尘的机理及危害,剖析了目前常见防尘手段的优缺点,根据准东二矿选煤厂带式输送机防尘经验,结合矿选煤厂带式输送机粉尘治理实际案例,提出了带式输送机运行期间的综合防尘措施,大幅降低了现场的粉尘质量浓度.
Abstract
The mechanism and hazards of dust generation during the operation of belt conveyors were analyzed,and then the advantages and disadvantages of common dust control methods were analyzed.According to the dust control experience of belt conveyors in the Coal Preparation Plant of Zhundong No.2 Coal Mine,combined with the actual case of dust control of belt conveyors in the coal preparation plant,the comprehensive dust control measures during the operation of belt conveyors were put forward,which greatly reduced the dust mass concentration on site.
