Research on energy efficiency evaluation and performance optimization of grinding process in Changba Lead-Zinc Mine
In view of the lack of overall analysis of grinding and classification in the energy efficiency evaluation of grinding process, four key factors affecting the energy efficiency of grinding process were studied, including power consumption, ore properties, classification system efficiency and grinding efficiency. Then, taking the ball mill closed-circuit process of Changba Lead-Zinc Mine as an example, the process data measurement, energy efficiency evaluation composition and application were introduced, and the energy efficiency evaluation and performance optimization were combined to obtain the best optimization strategy. After optimization, the grinding energy consumption of the system was reduced by 7.56%,the product mass fraction of"over-grinding"was reduced by 2.98%,the consumption of steel balls was reduced by 9.5%,the life of liner was expected to increase by 20%,and the effect of loop optimization was reproducible.
