Research on optimizing test of filtration system and parameters of a vanadium-titanium-iron concentrate after upgrading in Panxi
Aiming at the problem that the particle size of a vanadium-titanium-iron concentrate in Panxi became finer and the moisture of the concentrate filter cake was higher after upgrading,the optimizing test of the filtration system and parameters was carried out.Through the analysis of the condition of the ore dressing plant before the transformation,two kinds of filtration methods were obtained.Then,after the transformation,the double vacuum disc filter was used to test the particle size,the mining volume,the filter vertical ring speed and the filter cloth type.The results showed that when the 120 m2 double vacuum disc filter was used,the content of the feed particle size-0.045 mm was 72%~85%,the grade of TFe was more than 57%,and the feeding quantity could reach 90~110 t/h.when the reinforced short fiber filter cloth of 650 g/m2 was selected,with the stirring frequency of 40 Hz and the spindle speed of 30 Hz,the continuous filtration production was carried out under this parameter condition,resulting in the moisture of the filter cake of iron concentrate less than or equal to 11%,which met the needs of normal filtration production of upgraded iron concentrate.
