掘进工作面局部通风机风量智能调控系统研究

为提高掘进工作面局部通风机供风的稳定性,对掘进巷道风流分布流场性质进行了分析研究.利用井下巷道安装的 CO、CH4、温度、湿度等传感器采集现场环境信息,实时反馈给 PLC集控系统的中心处理器,通过风机安装的变频器自动调节扇叶转速,增加供风量,稀释有毒有害气体,降低粉尘质量浓度,对风阻损耗进行补偿,有效确保工作面掘进作业期间的风量调配与稳定供风,提高通风系统的可靠性、稳定性.
Research on intelligent control system for air volume of local ventilator in tunneling working face
In order to improve the stability of air supply of the local ventilator in the tunneling working face,the flow field characteristics of airflow distribution in the tunneling roadway were analyzed and studied.Then,the field environment information was collected by the CO,CH4,temperature and humidity sensors installed in the underground roadway to give feedback to the central processor of the PLC centralized control system in real time.The fan blade speed wouldde automatically adjusted by the frequency converter installed in the ventilator to increase the air supply volume,dilute the toxic and harmful gases,reduce the dust mass concentration,and compensate the air resistance loss,which effectively ensured the air volume allocation and balanced the air supply during the tunneling operation of the working face,and improved the reliability and stability of the ventilation system.
