Research on the Promotion of National Common Language in Xinjiang from the Perspective of Language Governance
Language governance is an important component of national governance,emphasizing the partici-pation of multiple subjects and two-way interactive management.The primary task under the goal of language governance in Xinjiang is still to promote the National Commonly-Used Language,and the target audience for promotion is young and middle-aged labor in the social sector.At present,in the context of a single language environment and difficulties in adult language learning,the governance principle for promoting the national common language in Xinjiang should fully leverage the subjectivity of the government,market,society,and family,attach importance to the combination of"top-down"and"bottom-up"work ideas,and stimulate the willingness to participate at multiple levels;On the governance path,comprehensive governance is carried out from multiple aspects such as population,economy,education,technology,mutual assistance,and mecha-nisms.
