体教融合背景下中国特色竞技体育后备人才培养的创新机制研究

摘要
基于我国当前的经济基础、发展环境已发生巨大变化,竞技体育后备人才培养的传统模式已无法适应新时期竞技体育发展的现实需求和体育强国建设的长远战略要求.体教融合的机制创新将推动竞技体育后备人才培养走出资源匮乏、后劲不足等困境,因此中国特色竞技体育后备人才培养机制的建立,应以"育人夺金"的新理念为根本指引,确立政府与社会"双强"的"新举国体制",推动多维度融合以形成畅通无阻的一体化培养体制,建立以学校为基础的全过程贯通式人才培养体系.
Abstract
Based on the current economic foundation and development environment,great changes have taken place in our country.The traditional model of training reserve talents in athletics sports can not meet the realistic demand of sports development in the new period and the long-term strategic requirement of constructing a powerful sports nation.The mechanism innovation of the integration of sports and education will promote the training of competitive sports reserve personnel.out of the dilemma of lack of resources and insufficient stamina.Therefore,the establishment of the training mechanism of competitive sports reserve talents with Chinese characteristics should be guided by the new concept of"educating people to win gold",establish a"new national system"of"double strength"between the government and the society,and promote multi-dimensional integration to form an unimpeded integrated training system.An all-through talent training system grounded in schools should be established.
