Research on Fiscal and Financial Coordination and Policy Optimization in Three Prefectural Regions of Southern Xinjiang under Rural Revitalization Strategy
Fiscal and financial policies,as an important tool for macroeconomic regulation,are key to ensuring the effective implementation of the rural strategy.In recent years,the three southern regions of Xinjiang have been consolidating their poverty alleviation achievements while pushing forward the comprehensive rural revitalization.Based on the synergy theory,this paper reviews the research findings on the synergy between fiscal and financial policies and its impact on rural revitalization in recent years,analyzes the current situation of implementing rural revitalization in the three southern regions of Xinjiang,explores the effectiveness and influencing factors of fiscal and financial policy synergy in rural revitalization,and constructs the path of fiscal and financial policy synergy for rural revitalization.It also puts forward policy optimization measures to enhance the synergy efficiency of fiscal and financial policies in the three southern regions of Xinjiang.
