为分析不同负荷拖拽抗阻加速跑训练方法在田径运动起跑阶段加速跑中的应用效果,选取合肥师范学院体育学院田径队的40名男子短跑运动员作为实验对象,并分为3组实验组和1组对照组,将6%、9%、12%自身体重重量负荷的拖拽抗阻加速跑训练方法应用在实验组,通过实验法和数理统计法对运动员实施测评,分析不同负荷拖拽抗阻加速跑训练对田径运动起跑阶段加速跑的影响.结果表明,采用不同负荷拖拽抗阻加速跑训练的实验组应用效果均优于对照组;同时实验组在不同负荷拖拽抗阻加速跑训练后,可提升田径运动员在起跑阶段加速跑的专项能力、步长和步频、躯干前倾角度,有助于提升田径运动起跑阶段加速跑速;其中采用12%自身体重重量的负荷拖拽抗阻加速跑训练方法训练后效果最佳.
Analysis of the Influence of Different Load Drag Resistance Acceleration Training on the Acceleration at the Starting Stage of Track and Field Sports
In order to analyze the application effect of different load drag resistance acceleration training methods in the acceleration run at the starting stage of sports track and field,40 male sprinters from the track and field team of the Institute of Sports Science of Hefei normal University were selected as experimental subjects,and divided into three experimental groups and one control group.The drag resistance acceleration training methods of 6%,9%and 12%of their own weight load were applied to the experimental group,Through the experimental method and mathematical statistics method,the effect of different load drag resistance acceleration training on the acceleration at the starting stage of sports track and field is analyzed.The analysis results show that the application effect of the experimental group with different load drag resistance acceleration training is better than that of the control group.At the same time,the experimental group with different load drag resistance acceleration training can improve the special ability,step length and step frequency,and torso forward angle of the athletes in the starting stage of the acceleration run,and help to improve the speed of the acceleration run in the starting stage of the sports track and field,Among them,the load drag resistance acceleration running training method of 12%of body weight has the best effect after training.
