应用型本科高校"专创融合"教育的有机融合——以滁州学院高分子材料与工程专业为例

国务院明确要求高校的专业教育与创新创业教育要深度融合,目前,应用型本科院校"专创融合"教育发展较缓,多数高等院校高分子材料与工程专业校内和校外实践机会有限,不足以支撑其有效参与创新创业活动.滁州学院高分子材料工程专业课程体系改革、实践教学强化和创新创业能力培养等方面同样需要进一步提升.因此,基于"专创融合"教育模式,从探索具有自我特色的创新创业人才培养模式、优化当前专业课程体系、以赛促教的专业创新创业教育与专业教育的路径、加强专业课程人员的创新创业知识培训及建构并优化全过程导师制等方面,对本校高分子材料工程专业"专创融合"教育模式进行了探索和实践,并取得了一定的成效.
"Integration of Specialty and Innovation"Education under the Applied Undergraduate Universities—Take the Specialty of Polymer Materials and Engineering in Chuzhou University as an Example
The State Council has explicitly required that professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities should be deeply integrated.Currently,the development of"professional innovation integration"education in applied undergraduate colleges is relatively slow,and most higher education institutions have limited opportunities for on campus and off campus practice in polymer materials and engineering majors,which is not sufficient to support their effective participation in innovation and entrepreneurship activities.The reform of the curriculum system,strengthening of practical teaching,and cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities in the polymer materials engineering major at Chuzhou University also need to be further improved.Therefore,based on the"integration of innovation and entrepreneurship"education model,this paper probes into and practices the educational mode of"Integration of innovation and innovation"from the following aspects:exploring innovative and entrepreneurial talent training models with our own characteristics,optimizing the current professional curriculum system,promoting professional innovation and entrepreneurship education through competitions,strengthening the training and construction of innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge for professional course personnel and optimizing the entire process mentorship system.We have achieved certain results in the"Integration of innovation and innovation".
