After-school service is the product of the development of The Times,and it is the Party and the government's project to solve the concentrated demands of the masses.At present,the development of after-school service in our country is faced with such difficul-ties as ambiguous goal,repetitive single content and insufficient main impetus.The main reasons lie in the deviation of stakeholders'understanding,the heavy burden of teachers'work,and the single source of teachers'strength.Therefore,it is necessary to establish correct cognition,enrich the types of content and stimulate the vitality of the subject in after-school services,so as to promote the de-velopment of after-school services in the right direction.
