Research and Practice Exploration of Ideological and Political Education Reform in Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Modern Apprenticeship——Taking the Practice of Ideological and Political Education Reform in Mianyang Vocational School in Sichuan
Modern apprenticeship is the inevitable trend of vocational education reform,which takes into account the educational characteristics and vocational characteristics of vocational education.This paper studies the existing problems in vocational education and proposes to promote the practice of"four synergies"in ideological and political education from the perspective of modern appren-ticeship.The significance of these explorations,on the one hand,is conducive to vocational schools to cultivate"both German and technical"new talents,on the other hand,is conducive to meeting the needs of cultivating socialist builders and successors for the country,and at the same time cultivating stable talents with vocational skills for enterprises.
