全视角学习理论视域下师范生教育实践能力研究——以H师范学院小学教育专业为例

摘要
培养高素质专业化创新型教师队伍是我国新时代教师队伍建设改革的首要目标,开展师范生教育实践能力培养是教师培养的必要环节,也是教师培养质量保障的关键措施.克努兹的全视角学习理论强调,师范生教育实践能力的培养本质上是能力发展的学习过程,学校应从内容、动机、互动三个维度着手,做到:课程设置坚持师范性和学术性并重;关注师范生的学习体验,做好引导者、调节者;丰富课堂教学方式,完善教学设施.
Abstract
Cultivating a high-quality professional and innovative teaching team is the primary goal of the reform of teacher training in the new era in China,and carrying out the cultivation of teacher training students'educational practice ability is a necessary part of teacher training and a key measure to ensure the quality of teacher training.Knud's full-perspective learning theory emphasizes that the cultivation of teacher-training students'educational practice ability is essentially a learning process of ability development,and schools should start from three dimensions:content,motivation,and interaction,so as to:insist on both teacher-training and academic aspects in the curriculum;pay attention to teacher-training students'learning experience and be a good guide and regulator;enrich classroom teaching methods and improve teaching facilities.
