Study on the Education Practice Ability of the Normal Students under the Full-perspective Learning Theory:A Case Study of Primary School Education at H Normal University
Cultivating a high-quality professional and innovative teaching team is the primary goal of the reform of teacher training in the new era in China,and carrying out the cultivation of teacher training students'educational practice ability is a necessary part of teacher training and a key measure to ensure the quality of teacher training.Knud's full-perspective learning theory emphasizes that the cultivation of teacher-training students'educational practice ability is essentially a learning process of ability development,and schools should start from three dimensions:content,motivation,and interaction,so as to:insist on both teacher-training and academic aspects in the curriculum;pay attention to teacher-training students'learning experience and be a good guide and regulator;enrich classroom teaching methods and improve teaching facilities.
